These are some of the flow charts for the overall behaviour that shall be applied to all software to be purchased and downloaded from any of the e-commerce sites belonging to Pearson's InformIT network (e.g. Peachpit, Cisco Press, FT Press...etc), as opposed to delivered or purchased phisically from a shoppe.
